A Ladies’ Diary Dimensional Tags

By Olga Heldwein

“Today I have two tags to share and some ideas about them. Tags are a really easy and quick craft. To create mine, I used only papers and tag staples. You can cut out your own tags, but G45 has ones made from high-quality paper in various sizes and colors. They come with a binding ring and have a very elegant finish. To create my project, I picked A Ladies' Diary collection and made a simple composition on two of the kraft tags. In this post, I would like to share some ideas about using tags in your projects and those two will be my examples.

They look nice as they are, just simple dimensional pieces, and you can use them as album inserts. G45 albums have a lot of pockets where you can hide those little note tags with a personal message.

You can also use them in your wall decor or scrapbook pieces. Here, I just re-arrange one of my older projects by using my tags under the main composition.

With just a small change and adding a sentiment from the DCE stickers sheet we can make them more personalized to match our project or occasion.

Now you can bind them with a binding ring and create a simple album or notepad. On some pages you can put bare photos, tickets, souvenirs, stickers, or pieces of paper. It is totally up to you and the effect will be very nice.

How about one other variation? By adding a card base and a piece of paper, you can also turn them into nice and cute cards.  A simple thing like a tag can totally change your project. Every time you have few minutes and you want to create something, make some tags and you will have a ready to go base or embellishment to use in future projects.
