Christmas Slimline Card Set

“Hello G45ers! Today I’m on the blog with this tutorial, I choose Maria Cole’s Slimline card designed for the G45 Club, volume 8 and changed it a little bit for several reasons, first because I’m using the stunning Nutcracker Sweet  DCE which doesn’t include the die cut assortments, I made a big frame using contrasting paper in the front, second the holiday season is here, and in my family January is the month most of all have our birthdays, so a beautiful card can be also a money gift holder and I think it is a great gift!

– TIPS & TRICKS –

TIP – Ink or cover with beautiful papers the back of the embellishments that are off the page, you want to see a gorgeous card at any side, is an easy and beautiful finish look.

TIP – You can cover the little holes with the circular chipies or more embellishments as the metal clock, the bakery twine looks so pretty, but other embellishments too.

TIP – Add more interest with metal embellishments as the clips, they look beautiful in the projects!

TIP – If your sliding cards are too short, add an extra tab on top and then the chipboard element, more layers, more beauty!!
