RETURNS:  All returns must be in original package and unused. A store credit will be issued to be used within 30 days. We do not reimburse for postage. A 25% restocking fee applies to some items.  Special orders are nonrefundable.

SHIPPING: We ship from Orem, Utah, USA. We ask that customers allow 2-14 days for shipping. This varies due to product availability. The inventory we have onsite varies, and ships within 24-48 hours. If the inventory is not onsite, we can usually rely on our manufacturers to ship the product to us in 3-7 days. We will ship it to you as soon as we have it, most of the time that very day or the next day at the latest. Please note we are not responsible for a product being back ordered by the manufacturer. Back orders can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks. Even though you can shop our store 24/7, please remember our manufacturers are only open during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
